Level 2: Podcasting - week of May 26, Recording - week of June 2, Songwriting - week of June 23, DJ-ing - week of July 7, Live Sound - week of July 14

Music Production Camps for 13–18 year-olds (Afternoons - 1:30 pm - 5:30 pm):

Camp Details:

  • 20-hour program

  • Level 1: Basics of Music Production

  • Level 2: Advanced Music Production, Audio Recording, Digital Composition, DJing, Live Sound Engineering, Podcasting

  • Separate Programs for elementary, middle and high school kids

  • Camps are limited to 8 students per class

  • Affordable tuition: $194 per course (discounted and sponsored by the TN DSEW Technology Grant)

Level 1 course is a prerequisite for Level 2 courses.

Students who complete two or more courses will receive a free external hard drive to enhance their music production setup

Camp Curriculum

No prior music experience necessary.

Children will:

- Learn to work in Logic Pro

- Understand the end-to-end music production processes

- Explore technology, concepts of software, hardware, cybersecurity, composition, publishing and more

- Build confidence, lasting friendships, communication and critical thinking skills.

- Lean to appreciate variety of musical styles, instruments and basics of music theory

- All kids have tons of fun!

Daily Camp Schedule

8:30 am - Drop Off / Team Building

9:15 am - Music Instruction

12:30 - Pick Up

Camp Fees

$194 for a 20-hour, 5-day, half-day Camp, 8:30 am - 12:30 pm, or 1:30 - 5:30 pm.

Payment due at the time of registration.

Camp tuition covers Music Educator (instruction, coaching, guided creative process, team building), Sound Engineer (studio space, gear, instruments, software & tools), Music Producer (software access & operation, recording, mixing, registration and publishing), all necessary materials, resources, content and tracks, as well as the song mixing and registration fees.

Cancellations are allowed up to a week prior to camp start date, and a partial refund may be available in a form of account credit.

Reschedules are subject to space availability.
